This package is made for the couple who wants full support throughout the planning process. We walk alongside you the entire time. We coordinate with your vendors, provide you with a beautifully curated design board, create a timeline, and all the details in between.

What’s included:

BEFORE THE WEDDING DAY OUR TEAM WILL...

  • Host progress meetings and provide unlimited correspondence throughout the planning process 

  • Create a digital design presentation for details and overall design

  • Assist with decor and detail selection 

  • Walk through of venue space and assist with venue layout

  • Assist in contacting vendors + managing inquiries, and booking vendors

  • Coordinate and design assistance with save the dates and invitations 

  • Assist in assembly and mailing of invitations

  • Act as main contact for chosen vendors

  • Review all vendor contracts

  • Provide you with our Catholic Wedding Planning Guide

  • Create and schedule a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Distribute timelines and confirm arrival and departure times with all vendors 

  • Assist with ceremony rehearsal, one hour

ON THE WEDDING DAY OUR TEAM WILL...

  • Arrive on site when venue doors open

  • Have 1-2 additional assistants on-site to cover ceremony and reception site

  • Have an emergency kit on hand for coordinator, wedding party, and bride and groom needs 

  • Coordinate setup, schedule of ceremony + reception from start to finish

  • Inspection of venue layout + decor set-up

  • Act as the main contact for vendors: they come to us - not you!

  • Direct guests from cocktail to reception location 

  • Coordinate all gifts + decor be safely delivered to vehicle of choice

  • Distribute final payment and gratuities as needed 

  • Manage venue clean up

  • Host 4 meetings over your planning time

  • Create a digital design presentation for details and overall design

  • Assist with decor and detail selection 

  • Provide you with our Catholic Wedding Planning Guide

  • Give expert timeline, decor, logistic + event layout advice

  • Create and schedule a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Act as the main contact for vendors, starting 4 weeks out from wedding day
